The Challenge

Before this project, Sopharmacy had no mobile app. Customers relied on physical stores and a website that wasn’t optimized good for mobile behavior.

Aimed for a user-friendly design that seamlessly incorporates the company's fresh brand identity. The result is a clean, airy aesthetic that reflects the essence of a pharmacy—pure, organized, and trustworthy. The design also emphasizes clarity and accessibility, making the experience feel both modern and approachable.

As part of the design, we introduced a digital customer card directly in the mobile app. Previously available only as a physical card, this feature made loyalty benefits more accessible and convenient, while also strengthening the connection between the brand and its customers.

Enhancing pharmacy services in Bulgaria

This project was not only about refreshing the look, but also about making pharmacy services more accessible for people in Bulgaria. With the new design and digital features, customers could more easily find what they need, use their loyalty card on the go, and feel supported in their everyday health journey.
