The Challenge
Before this project, Sopharmacy had no mobile app. Customers relied on physical stores and a website that wasn’t optimized good for mobile behavior.
Key challenges:
❌ No existing mobile platform to build upon
❌ Loyalty program existed only as a physical card
❌ Limited accessibility to pharmacy services on-the-go
❌ Need to create a full mobile design system from scratch
❌ Create an experience consistent with the brand’s health-focused identity

Aimed for a user-friendly design that seamlessly incorporates the company's fresh brand identity. The result is a clean, airy aesthetic that reflects the essence of a pharmacy—pure, organized, and trustworthy. The design also emphasizes clarity and accessibility, making the experience feel both modern and approachable.
As part of the design, we introduced a digital customer card directly in the mobile app. Previously available only as a physical card, this feature made loyalty benefits more accessible and convenient, while also strengthening the connection between the brand and its customers.
A carefully crafted color system built around the brand’s core identity, implemented using Figma variables for consistency and scalability.
An icon set designed to feel intuitive & consistent. Each icon is optimized for clarity at any size, helping users navigate the interface quickly without unnecessary visual noise.
Soft, rounded components paired with thoughtful spacing and hierarchy create an interface that feels approachable and easy to use.
